Life goes on despite floodwaters in India

The streets of Patna, India, may have been buried under floodwaters on Oct. 1, but that didn't keep residents from getting out and about. Flooding, triggered by monsoon rain, has wreaked havoc on several regions of India, with at least 140 people being killed as a result.
