Duterte's bridges linking Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao shelved

Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Ernesto Pernia said that there are “certain projects” that are too difficult to pursue because of cost implications, terrain, or the depth of the sea in which the bridges would be built.
