JB cycling tragedy: Prosecution files appeal against driver's acquittal

Johor state prosecution filed a notice of appeal against the acquittal of sales promoter Sam Ke Ting, who was charged with reckless driving, causing an accident that killed eight teenage cyclists two years ago.
