By-polls in 15 constituencies have begun in Karnataka on December 05. Voting for by-elections to Shivaji Nagar Constituency is underway at Bangalore Mahanagara Palike Girls High School and P.U. College. The polls are being held after the disqualification of 17 MLAs who had resigned from the Assembly in July over differences with Congress-JD(U) coalition government.
