Duterte to Maynilad, Manila Water: Accept new deals or rot in jail

President Rodrigo Duterte warned water concessionaires Maynilad and Manila Water in a speech in Davao City on Friday, January 17, that their executives would be sent to jail in just “one night” if they refuse to accept the new deals offered by the government.
