Police have arrested one suspect over the assault of PKR vice-president Tian Chua outside its party headquarters in Petaling Jaya on Sunday.
The case is being investigated under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting.
In the incident, Tian Chua was called a "pengkhianat" (traitor) and was shoved around and assaulted by a few people.
