WHO: Taiwanese, Japanese may have gotten coronavirus before travel to PH

WHO Country Representative to the Philippines Dr Rabinddra Abeyasinghe says the travel history of the Japanese and Taiwanese men indicate they may have gotten the novel coronavirus before their travel to the Philippines
