Duterte willing to pay rent of tenants, extend help to MSMEs in time of COVID-19 crisis

President Duterte has offered to pay the rent of cash-strapped tenants, as well as stand as guarantor for small businesses which will be affected by the enhanced community quarantine enforced in Luzon.
