Guy Rides Scooter Around Town With Two Dressed Monkeys Sitting in Front and Back

This guy was funnily riding down the town with two dressed monkey. One of them was sitting in the front while the other was sitting in the back. The monkey yawned and enjoyed the ride and sure did catch people's attention while on their way.
