Govt Claims to Give Shelter to Over 6 Lakh Workers. Will the Exodus Stop?

Against a petition in the Supreme Court, the government said that it has sheltered over 6 lakh people at shelter homes and is serving food to around 23 lakh workers. Will this offset the effect of lockdown?
