Rafale row: Rahul Gandhi a ‘serial liar’, says Piyush Goyal

Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday accused the Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and called him a ‘serial liar’ on Rafale charges. Goyal slammed Rahul and his party for repeatedly spreading falsehood and lies over Rafale deal.
