Cops Identify 12 People, 2 Gangs For Delhi Violence: Sources

Days after total mayhem on the streets of North-East Delhi, the police have identified over a dozen people for rioting. According to sources, gangsters from the Sakri Nasir gang and the Chenu gang are involved in the violence.
