India reports over 3,500 coronavirus cases in 24 hours; FM to brief stimulus package 2.0; more

India recorded a jump of 3,525 new cases of the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours till Wednesday morning.  The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus stood at 74,281 on Wednesday.
