Migrant labourers create ruckus in quarantine center

In Bihar, migrants ended up fighting with each other in a quarantine center. A government school has been turned into a quarantine center in Samastipur. Here, migrant labourers from other states are under quarantine. The scuffle broke out over water and food. Watch the video.
