Sakshi Maharaj: Rapes occur when girls embrace boys while riding bikes

BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj said that girls and boys embracing and hugging each other while riding on bikes leads to rape. He added that couples can be seen behaving in vulgar fashion in parks, cars and other places which leads to rape.
