Abdul Basit: Tried to improve Indo-Pak relations during my tenure

Pakistan high commissioner Abdul Basit said that he tried to improve India-Pakistan relations during his tenure. He also said that ICJ's verdict regarding Kulbhushan Jadhav was temporary and it never asked to give consular access.
