DCW Chief Swati Maliwal speaks on 2012 Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case

Swati Maliwal, the chief of Delhi Commission of Women has said all the four convicts of 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape case should be punished a death sentence. According to her punishment should not be less than that by any means.
