Rajasthan: Early monsoon floods Pratapgarh

The normal date for monsoon in Delhi is June 29 and it usually reaches west Rajasthan on July 15. But after incessant rain in Rajasthan - Shivna, Jakham and other rivers are flowing above their danger levels, while Pratapgarh witnessed heavy flooding.
