Jaish commander who planned recent Pulwama car blast, killed in encounter

3 Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists were killed in the encounter in Pulwama on Wednesday. Among the slain terrorists is a top commander of Jaish who is suspected to have been involved in the recent attempted car blast in Pulwama.
