Cyclone Nisarga: Winds weakened across Gujarat, but parts of state will receive heavy rainfall

The Cyclone Nisarga has weakened in Gujarat and the state is unlikely to face wrath of the storm. Meanwhile thousands of residents were evacuated along the southern coast of Gujarat.
