Dog spotted wearing metal bowl helmet when sitting on back of scooter in China

A dog was spotted wearing a metal bowl helmet when sitting on the back of a scooter in eastern China.

The funny video, filmed in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on June 5, shows a metal bowl strapped on the head of a Shiba Inu when it was carried on a scooter by a man.

Since the officials require all riders and their passengers to wear helmets and whoever does not follow the rules will be fined from July 1st. The man bought a helmet for himself and made a metal bowl helmet for his dog.
