Van Driver Hits Motorcycle and Drags it Along on Highway

This van driver rammed into a motorcycle while driving on a highway. The motorcycle got pinned under the bumper of the van but he kept driving with sparks coming out of the vehicle. Finally, he left his van into a fence and took off running with the motorcycle lying on the side of the road.
