Portugal reimposes virus curbs around Lisbon, leaving some residents feeling "abandoned"

As fresh coronavirus outbreaks have been declared in and around Lisbon, the Portuguese government has decided to reimpose restrictions in certain peripheral districts starting on July 1st.
