Northern Territory and Western Australia loses seat in House of Representatives

Due to slow population growth, the states of Northern Territory and Western Australia both lost a federal seat at the House of Representatives. Victoria, however, gain one seat making it have a total of 39 seats in the parliament.| via Sheina Selim, SMNI Australia Correspondent.
