Heavy rain causes havoc in Himachal and Uttarakhand

Cloudburst and heavy rains wreaked havoc in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand district is worst affected. The cloudburst has caused damage to many houses in the two villages of Pithoragarh. Some damage also caused near china border. Watch full report.
