Cloudburst in Uttarakhand's Pithoragarh leaves 11 dead

Cloudburst and heavy rains wreaked havoc in two villages of Uttarakhand's Pithoragarh district on Monday morning, leaving eleven people dead. The cloudburst has caused damage to many houses in the two villages of Pithoragarh.
