Watch: Portion of Ashoka Road caves in due to rain in Delhi

Days after the Minto Road Railway Bridge incident, Delhi's monsoon preparedness is once exposed. Today, just after three hours of heavy rainfall in the morning, a part of Ashoka Road in the VVIP area of Delhi caved in.
