China suspends Hong Kong extradition treaties with Canada, Australia, UK

China has decided to suspend Hong Kong's extradition treaties with Canada, Australia, and the UK in response to similar suspensions by those countries, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin announced the move at a press conference on July 28, 2020.  Video source: CCTV
