This was the humorous moment a CCTV camera caught the moment a dog randomly walked on its hind legs in a neighbourhood near Dover, Delaware.

The footage from August 5 shows the moment a dog walker is strolling through the neighbourhood when the pooch snaps into a two-legged walk out of nowhere, to the amusement of the homeowner who caught it on tape.
