Uttarakhand: 2 scooty riders swept away in rivulet

Heavy rains have caused havoc in Uttarakhand. In Kaladhungi, two scooty riders were swept away in a rivulet while in Kashmir, 1 person died and 4 people were swept away due to cloudburst. From Bihar to UP and Chhattisgarh, heavy rains have caused trouble. Watch this report.
