Kaw Mei Yen was charged under the Child Act with neglecting seven-month-old Cheah Kai Wen, who was under her care, and that this ultimately caused his death.
She was said to have committed the offence between July 26 and Sept 19 at her Apartment Nova 2, Taman Sri Sinar, unit in Segambut.
