Guan Eng: No snap polls until consensus reached

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said DAP will not make a unilateral decision on holding snap elections in Penang. He said any decision made by the state government will be done in the spirit of Pakatan Harapan comprising DAP, PKR and Amanah.
