Wheelchairs a much-needed gift

With new and lighter wheelchairs gifted by the Star Foundation, David Anthinappan and his wife, Vigia Lechumy Palany can move around with more ease. The couple, who have a 10-year-old daughter, have been wheelchair-bound from a young age.
