Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said on Friday that the Election Commission (EC) has failed in its duty by leaving out Penang from its newly gazetted redelineation exercise.
Lim also claimed that the redelineation report is racially divisive, which is against the idea of a multiracial society in Malaysia.
