PKR reveals recording alleging voter manipulation in Permatang Pauh

PKR on Thursday revealed a voice recording allegedly taken from a speech by a high-ranking member of the Permatang Pauh Umno Division, saying that they had secretly transferred over 800 police voters into the Permatang Pauh constituency.
