Hotel chef leads Malaysian team at Sydney food fest

Federal Hotels International Head Chef, Tan Kok Siong, led a team of Malaysian chefs at the Taste of Malaysia Food Festival 2016 which was held in Sydney. The food festival was part of Matrade's Malaysia Promotion Programme to introduce local delicacies.
