'Datuk' businessman in Jelutong clamping incident surrenders himself

The "Datuk" businessman who allegedly assaulted a security guard for filming him while trying to remove a clamp for a Mercedes Benz, has surrendered to the police at the George Town police headquarters in Patani Road at 11am Monday.
