Deputy Education Minister says he has strong will to end issue of heavy load for pupils

After officiating a talk on the WeChat messaging app on Saturday, Deputy Education Minister Datuk Chong Sin Woon said he has the political will to put an end to the long-standing issue of pupils lugging heavy schoolbags.
