Man ploughs into crowd on Melbourne street deliberately, injures 16

Victoria Police confirmed the arrest of two men, including the driver, in connection with an apparent road attack on Melbourne’s Flinders Street on Thursday that injured some 16 people.

Police did not give a reason why the second man was arrested nor the motive of the attack.
