PH's Penang manifesto calls for state opposition leader to be PAC chairman

Penang Pakatan Harapan (PH) will appoint the state opposition leader as the Penang Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman if it comes to power again in the May 9 general election. This is among the 68 promises made in PH's manifesto for Penang.
