Man rescued from rubble in Palu, Sulawesi

A 38-year-old man was extracted from a financial building in Palu, Central Sulawesi on Monday (October 1), after the search and rescue team worked for three hours to get him out. Palu, one of the worst hit cities in the quake, saw 1,700 houses in one neighbourhood being swallowed up, with hundreds believed to be buried.
