ICAN founder: Nuclear weapons are self-destructive

Nuclear weapons are not weapons of war and self-destructive, says Datuk Dr Ronald McCoy, the founder of Nobel Peace Prize-winning anti-nuclear group ICAN. Dr McCoy, a former Victoria Institution student was speaking at a press conference after the launch of the school's 125th anniversary celebration.
