Council staff work overtime to clear rubbish after parade in Penang

Long after those attending the early morning National Day parade have gone home, workers of the Seberang Prai Municipal Council were kept busy cleaning up the venue at Padang Pemuda Merdeka in Butterworth, Penang as the place was littered with rubbish from the celebration.
