Bangladesh and Myanmar to work on Rohingya repatriation plan

Bangladesh and Myanmar have agreed to start planning the repatriation of more than half a million Rohingya Muslim refugees who've fled to Bangladesh to escape an army crackdown. But that proposal would appear to be vastly over-simplified.
