Trump: U.S. cannot be allowed to become a sanctuary for extremists

In his first address to Congress since taking office, U.S. President Donald Trump said the United States cannot be allowed to become a sanctuary for extremists.. Trump also vowed to demolish ISIS which he called the "vile enemy of the planet."
