Police rescue partially paralysed senior citizen locked up by children

Kuantan police rescued a partially-paralysed octogenarian who was abandoned by his children and found covered in faeces at his house in Taman Inderapura, Kuantan on Wednesday. Police are currently looking for the man's children for further action.
