Duterte welcomes impeachment raps, possible ICC case

Amid pressure from lawmakers who filed impeachment complaints over alleged corruption and extra-judicial killings, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said he welcomed such raps and added that it is part of democracy in the country.
