Opponents of Tiger Brands accuse it of delaying lawsuit

Tiger Brands is being accused of delaying the listeriosis class action lawsuit. Opponents of the consumer goods company want to force it to go to court to provide more information around its food safety processes. Tiger Brands was identified as the source for the world's largest listeriosis outbreak in 2018 in which over two hundred people died.
