Congress councillor writes letter in blood to Sonia Gandhi, demands Rahul be made party president

In a fresh drama in Congress, a party councillor from Delhi, Sandeep Tanwar, has written a letter in his blood to Sonia Gandhi stating that not electing Rahul Gandhi as the party president will not be in party's favour.
