After attending the Makkal Sakti's annual general meeting on Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamid Hamidi told reporters that Urban Well-being, Housing and Local Government Minister Tan Sri Noh Omar must give an explanation to the Cabinet regarding his ministry’s move to allow housing developers to give loans to house buyers.
